Are you a seasoned auditor with a passion for excellence and a keen understanding of regulatory requirements? We are seeking a dedicated Audit Manager to join a dynamic team in Zurich. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse clients, ensuring the highest standards of audit quality and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Audit and Compliance: 

  • Conduct audit missions with a variety of clients, ensuring thorough and accurate financial and regulatory audits. 
  • Lead audit teams during fieldwork, managing and coaching junior team members. 
  • Immerse in annual financial statements and special audits, examining balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and internal control systems. 
  • Work on regulatory areas such as compliance, risk management, internal organization, client and market conduct. 

Client Engagement: 

  • Take over client-facing projects in the asset management industry. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on audit procedures and requirements. 

Collaboration and Development: 

  • Work independently while benefiting from the expert advice of experienced staff. 
  • Contribute to the development of our services and actively participate in team projects.

Qualifications: 

Education and Experience: 

  • Swiss accredited Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 
  • 5+ years of external audit experience, with profound knowledge of accounting principles and FINMA regulatory requirements in the financial service industry (asset management is a plus). 
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. 
  • Excellent partnering skills paired with a can-do attitude. 
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate potential issues to appropriate teams or stakeholders, ensuring follow-up and resolution. 
  • Committed and resilient, able to deal effectively with pressure and tight deadlines. 
  • Eager to learn and self-motivated.
