The role sits with a leading global managing consultancy where you will be part of a globally focused advisory team, one of the best-performing teams in Europe. The team is based in Stockholm and works across the EMEA region.

The role:

–          You will work with US-listed clients that are undergoing international cross-border transactions and M&A activities.

–          Advise and support clients on IPO and ESG readiness.

–          Support and coach other teams and clients on US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.

Person Specification:

–          CPA-qualified or equivalent (ACCA, ACA, CA etc.) – preferably first-time passes.

–          Minimum of 3 years experience within external audit or accounting advisory, preferably working with US-listed companies in Europe or the US and Canada.
