Manager or Senior Manager – Cloud Technology Consultant 

The Company 

Global consultancy leading the way in advisory support for the financial services industry. The role is based in London. However, other locations in the UK can be considered.

The role

• Support various transformation projects across the financial services industry. The role is a client-facing position and will help you to develop your network
• Identify technology project risks and strategies for managing and mitigating them
• Application architecture, including the layout of application’s deployment and design
• Development of processes and architecture for integrating disparate services
• Working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• BCDR as it relates to cloud environments and architecting platforms with adequate resiliency features
• Managing the governance, risk, and compliance aspect of cloud-based technology
• Management of projects related to cloud
• Mentoring and advising junior staff

Experience needed 

• knowledge of infrastructure planning and operations, design and deployment, and system life cycle management
• Strong understanding of leading technology components and best practices, including:
• Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, Public, Private, and Hybrid)
• Virtualisation (VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP)
• Minimum five years’ experience; Ideally in professional services
