Stockholm and works across the EMEA region.

The role:

• You will work with US-listed clients that are undergoing international cross-border
  transactions and M&A activities.
• Audit and advise clients on IPO and ESG readiness.
• Support and coach other teams and clients on US GAAP and IFRS accounting
  standards.

Person Specification:

• Hands on PCAOB experience.
• CPA-qualified or equivalent (ACCA, ACA, CA etc.) – preferably first-time passes
•  Ideally 2-3 busy-season experience within external audit, preferably working with USlisted companies in the US and Canada.
